• JAAR Fees
  There are a number of fees that are due when you become a REALTOR^®.  Some of them are prorated, while others are not. In some cases dues for the following full year are due in advance. Contact the JAAR office for details. These are the 2006 fees.
  • National Association of REALTORS^® (NAR) dues - $84.00
  • Michigan Association of REALTORS^® (MAR) dues - $86.00
  • Jackson Association of REALTORS^® (JAAR) dues - $189.73
  • Legal Fees - $16.00
  • Lockbox Fees - $25.00
   
• Jackson Multiple Listing Service Application for Membership
  • The Broker of the real estate office submits an application to JMLS.
  
  
• JMLS Fees
  There are a number of fees that are due when you become a MLS Member. Contact the JAAR office for details. These are the 2006 fees.
  • Application Fee - $250.00
  • Monthly Fees - $45.00
